Short Bio

Carla Moura is member since 2009 of the Centre for Rapid and Sustainable Product Development, a Research Centre of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria and completed her PhD in 2016 in Bioengineering of the MIT-Portugal Program with the thesis entitled “Design and fabrication of zonal cartilage constructs”. She has a MSc degree in Product Development with the thesis entitled “Expert System for Medical Applications” and an Undergraduate Degree in Biomechanics. She is author of 6 chapters in books and conferences, 8 papers in conference proceedings and 1 book.
